Built for High-Level Competition

The metal spike model is engineered for competitive play on natural grass fields.

Durable metal spikes provide maximum ground penetration and traction, giving advanced players the grip needed to generate powerful swings, explosive first steps, and confident mound mechanics.

Why They’re Built Different

Every SQAIRZ baseball + softball shoe is built around a patented roomier toe box that allows all five toes to engage naturally with the ground. That geometry works with the GFP™2 Platform to increase ground connection, balance, and force production during swings and explosive movement.

What it does for you: Independent testing shows 21% better balance and 18% more ground force production, helping players generate stronger swings and measurable exit velocity gains:

+2.7 MPH (Professional)

+3.0 MPH (Collegiate)

+1.8 MPH (High School)

SmartTraction™ Metal Spike System
Engineered with nine metal spikes, including three added in the forefoot to increase ground penetration and torque resistance for pitchers. Perimeter and angled spike geometry enhances rotational grip, while the central TPU channel reinforces forefoot stability and force transfer.

Integrated Heel-to-Arch Stabilizer
Patented structure running externally from the heel and internally along the plantar fascia to resist torsional twisting and stabilize the foot during lateral movement.

NRG™ Foam Midsole
Lightweight responsive cushioning platform engineered for energy return, and extraordinary  comfort.

Sta-Put™ Lacing System
Raised silicone grips on the laces lock the fit in place, keeping laces secure so you don’t need to adjust or re-tie during the game.

ProTect™ Hot Melt Structural Overlay
A new abrasion-resistant, textured polyurethane coating forms a protective barrier over high-stress areas, guarding against toe drag wear while adding durability against foul ball impact.

Blumaka® Anti-Slip Performance Footbed
A built-in insole that prevents internal foot movement and toe jamming while delivering 14% higher energy return, 17% more cushioning, and a $60 aftermarket value.
